A Cat Burglar Steals Only the Dog Food

What happened

UPI reported on October 13 that Ring UK & Ireland shared indoor-camera footage of a neighborhood cat entering a southeast London home and eating from resident dog Rosie's bowl. Homeowner Myron Wallace said his family was upstairs and discovered the intrusion only after Rosie barked, came down the stairs and chased the cat back outside.

Why it matters

The camera and Rosie's response establish the entry, snack and exit, but they do not establish the cat's motive, ownership or a precise event time. The small caper also illustrates a practical multi-pet problem: open bowls can feed an unintended animal, while monitored or identity-controlled feeders can limit access without turning a roaming pet into a criminal mastermind.

The Blappos angle

Verified reporting ends above. The Blappos interpretation: London's least subtle cat burglar skipped the jewelry, ate the evidence and still triggered the household dog alarm. The magnet uses invented animals, a generic camera and an original kitchen—no copied footage, Ring mark, homeowner likeness or claim about the real cat's intent.
