Coyote takes the alley shortcut and becomes part of the building

What happened

Pittsburgh Public Safety said police, firefighters and animal-control officers responded after a coyote wandered into an alley and became wedged in a gap between two buildings. Crews carefully freed the animal, checked it for injuries and released it into a safer wooded area.

Why it matters

Coyotes are adaptable city wildlife, but tight urban spaces can turn a wrong turn into a dangerous trap. The coordinated rescue protected the animal while keeping responders and nearby residents out of harm’s way.

The Blappos angle

Verified fact ends above. The Blappos interpretation: Pittsburgh’s newest alley shortcut received a one-star review for width, customer service and the complete absence of a second exit.
