NDTV reported on September 12 that a Kerala State Road Transport Corporation Volvo air-conditioned bus running between Thiruvananthapuram and Ernakulam offers 36 push-back seats, extra legroom, personal televisions, USB charging, high-speed Wi-Fi, a pantry with tea, coffee and a mini-fridge, and an onboard toilet. The fare was reported as 505 rupees for the roughly four-hour weekday run.
