What happened
People reported that the AI-generated character Tilly Norwood switched into Cantonese for roughly 15 seconds during a video interview while promoting the film “Misaligned.” The character was created by Particle6, and the interview clip drew more than 12 million views. The company described the language switch as a technical problem.
Why it matters
