Escaped goat becomes acting neighborhood security director
What happened
Snohomish County sheriff’s deputies were called to wrangle an escaped goat with roughly one-foot horns after residents reported it was trying to ram people. Body-camera video captured deputies physically steering the very determined animal back into its pen.
Why it matters
Nobody was reported seriously hurt, but residents stayed inside while deputies handled the animal. The sheriff’s office described the goat as taking its role as neighborhood menace very seriously.
